Prototype 0.2A1

Hi! 

Finally I managed to make the first public version of the game (prototype). In it you can see the whole idea of the game, and if you have ideas for the game that are simple to implement, you can suggest them to me.

-UI has been improved. Added menu; Fixed a bug with the absence of the main panel; Added blur

-A rebalance was made between earning and purchasing improvements.

-The ability to receive earned money after absence has been added.

-Improved event system
